Our Hiring Process

We want to start to get to know YOU on a personal level, and get a good sense of whether or not this could be a GREAT fit from a cultural perspective (alignment around core philosophies, core values, mission, and vision) and a situational perspective (timing, talent, personality, goals, non-negotiables).

We use a couple assessment tools and a series of questions around your unique "sweet spot" when it comes to work (what are you great at and what do you love doing), as well as an exploration and dialogue around the most important traits that our best performers all have in common.

Here we’ll unpack the what and the why of your top priorities in your next career move, and discuss in detail your goals, what your personal Summit looks like in your real estate career, as well as your long-term vision for your Better Life.

Phew. You’ve made it this far. Congrats. At this group interview, you get to meet and talk with some of Thrive’s Operations Team. At this stage, we’re quite literally looking for a “hell yeah” from the team. It’s also your opportunity to really dig into any operational questions you might have about how Thrive works on the day-to-day.

If you’re still with us and it’s a “hell yeah” from both sides, you’ll receive an offer letter to join our Tribe. As we say in the offer letter, “your position at Thrive is given once but earned daily”.
