Our Hiring Process

Because we hold our culture and the tribe we surround ourselves with as sacred, you’ll find our interview process is a lot different than the usual sales pitch you get from most agencies.

We want you to be the right fit for Thrive, and for Thrive to be the right fit for you.

  • If you’re interested in Thrive, please reach out to our Director of Talent, Rob Alkema by dropping him using the form below.

  • We want to start to get to know YOU on a personal level, and get a good sense of whether or not this could be a GREAT fit from a cultural perspective (alignment around core philosophies, core values, mission, and vision) and a situational perspective (timing, talent, personality, goals, non-negotiables).

  • We use two different assessment tools (DiSC Plus and Predictive Index) and a series of questions around your unique "sweet spot" when it comes to work (what are you great at and what do you love doing), as well as an exploration and dialogue around the 6 most important traits that our best performers all have in common.

  • Here we’ll unpack the what and the why of your top priorities in your next career move, and discuss in detail your goals, what your personal Summit looks like in your real estate career, as well as your long-term vision for your Better Life.

  • Phew. You’ve made it this far. Congrats. At this group interview, you get to meet and talk with some of Thrive’s Operations Team. At this stage, we’re quite literally looking for a “hell yeah” from the team. It’s also your opportunity to really dig into any operational questions you might have about how Thrive works on the day-to-day.

  • Mentorship and supporting our new Advisors in their early days with us is an important part of our DNA. If you’ve made it this far, your next step will be to chat with a Thrive Mentor that we think you’ll gel with. Our mentors at Thrive are people who are operating at the highest level across not only production but they’re also incredible culture champions and leaders.

  • If you’re still with us and it’s a “hell yeah” from both sides, you’ll receive an offer letter to join our Tribe. As we say in the offer letter, “your position at Thrive is given once but earned daily”.
